Therapy that helps you tune in, open up, and follow what’s emerging.
A process where something new can take shape
Who I work with
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self‑criticism, relationship patterns, and the sense of being stuck in familiar emotional loops. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, reflective, often hard on themselves successful in many areas of life, yet struggling internally in ways that feel difficult to articulate.
I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, who sense that something important is happening beneath the surface, and who are looking for a therapy process that is grounded, present, and collaborative.
Services
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in New Jersey and New York, either in‑person or through secure telehealth.
Fees
Individual therapy and Couples therapy: $175 per session (I can provide a monthly statement (superbill) if you’d like to use out‑of‑network benefits)

What to expect
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in our present moment experience with each other. In our first few sessions, we’ll get a sense of what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what feels most important to you right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out… we’ll move at a pace that feels steady and manageable.
As we continue, we’ll pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and physical experience, noticing the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I’ll offer reflections, questions, and observations that aimed at helping you see things more clearly and feel more connected to your own experience.
My goal isn’t to push you toward a specific outcome. It’s to help you develop a deeper awareness of yourself so that change becomes possible in a way that feels real and sustainable.
How I work
I’m a licensed psychotherapist in New Jersey and New York with a background in Gestalt therapy and years of intensive supervision and clinical training. My work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and a genuine interest in how people make sense of themselves and life situations.
I’m drawn to the moments when something important is trying to emerge… a feeling, a pattern, a truth that’s been hard to name. My role is to help you to notice what’s happening inside, make sense of it together, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Clients often describe me as steady, warm, and attentive. I’m not here to give quick fixes or surface‑level advice. I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, loosen the patterns that keep you stuck, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic.
